• Financing & Installments: Klarna (available for qualifying balances, subject to credit approval at checkout).

Please Note: To maintain strict accounting integrity and mitigate processing errors, we enforce a Single Payment Protocol. You cannot split a single transaction across multiple credit cards or combine different payment methods for a single order number.

Section 2: Fund Verification & Charge Capture

• Temporary Authorization: When you submit an order, your bank may issue a temporary authorization hold to secure the necessary funds. This is a routine banking hold and not an immediate charge.

• Final Capture: Your account will be officially billed when the product leaves our US fulfillment hub, or when the banking authorization hold window nears expiration (generally 7 days for Visa/Amex and up to 28 days for MasterCard/JCB channels), whichever happens first.

Section 3: High-Value Transaction Caps & Safety Audits

• Order Limitations: For security reasons, credit and debit cards are restricted to purchases under $10,000 USD. If you are purchasing premium electric vehicle setups or multiple units that exceed this limit, please connect with our billing desk at hello@mudliz.com to arrange an alternative payment method, such as a Secure Bank Wire Transfer.

• Order Voidance Fees: If you request to cancel an order prior to warehouse dispatch, please be advised that while MUDLIZ waives internal administrative fees, the transaction processing fees retained by payment networks (typically between 2.9% and 4%) are entirely non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payout.

• Anti-Fraud Verification: To prevent unauthorized credit card usage and shield our buyers from fraudulent charges, MUDLIZ may conduct random transaction verification checks. You may be requested to confirm card ownership or clarify billing details via email.

• Anti-Fraud Discretion: If a transaction triggers security alerts and the buyer fails to satisfy verification requests within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to immediately void the order and return the funds to the initial payment source.

Section 4: Billing Address Alignment

To avoid automatic security rejections from our fraud prevention filters, please make sure your submitted billing address exactly matches the address registered with your bank or credit card provider. Mismatched data will result in processing delays or automated order cancellation.
