At MUDLIZ, we prioritize high-level transaction security and transparent payment protocols. This Payment Policy outlines our accepted payment methods, fund verification procedures, and security compliance standards.

Section 1: Accepted Payment Gateways

We accommodate a versatile suite of secure digital payment options at checkout:

  • Major Credit & Debit Networks: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

  • Express Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Financing & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): Klarna (available for qualifying balances, subject to credit approval at checkout).

Single Payment Protocol: To maintain strict accounting integrity and prevent processing errors, we enforce a single payment protocol per transaction. You cannot split a single order payment across multiple credit cards or combine different payment methods under a single order number. All orders and monetary balances on mudliz.com are processed and charged strictly in US Dollars (USD).

Section 2: Fund Verification & Immediate Charge Capture

  • Immediate Settlement: When you place an order on mudliz.com, your payment method is charged immediately upon checkout completion to reserve inventory and initiate dispatch processing.

  • Order Confirmation: An automated email confirmation containing your purchase summary and digital receipt will be dispatched to your registered email address right after payment validation.

Section 3: High-Value Transaction Caps & Safety Audits

  • Transaction Limits & Approvals: Single transaction limits for credit/debit cards are determined by the daily spending allowance and credit line established by your issuing bank. For Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later) options, available limits and installment structures vary according to regional availability and real-time credit checks performed by Klarna at checkout.

  • Cancellation & Return Fees: Eligible cancellations and returns are not subject to restocking or payment-processing fees. For buyer’s-remorse returns after dispatch, the customer is responsible for return freight.

  • Anti-Fraud Verification: To safeguard buyers from unauthorized card usage, MUDLIZ reserves the right to conduct random security checks. Verification may be required through our secure payment processor or secure verification process.

  • Order Voidance Rights: If a transaction triggers high-risk fraud alerts and the buyer fails to provide verification within a reasonable timeframe, MUDLIZ reserves the right to immediately cancel the order and refund the full amount to the initial payment source.

To avoid automatic transaction declines from our fraud prevention filters, please ensure your submitted billing address matches the details registered with your card issuing bank. Mismatched billing details will cause processing delays or automated order cancellations.
