1. Where can I ride the MUDLIZ M6000 Electric Dirt Bike?
The M6000 is built for off-road performance. You can ride it on private property, designated OHV (Off-Highway Vehicle) trails, motocross tracks, and motorized routes in National Forests or BLM lands. It is not street-legal out of the box and is not permitted on public sidewalks or bicycle paths.
2. What are the key differences between the M6000 S and M6000 X?
M6000 S ($1,499): 6000W peak power, 14"/12" wheels, 28.3" seat height, and 140mm/350mm (front/rear) suspension travel. Best for riders 3.94 ft–5.9 ft.
M6000 X ($1,899): 6000W peak power, 17"/14" larger wheels, 32.0" seat height, and upgraded 190mm/450mm suspension travel. Best for riders 4.7 ft–6.3 ft.

3. What is the top speed, range, and charging time?
Both models reach up to 45 MPH (3 speed modes: 15 / 30 / 45 MPH) and offer a maximum range of up to 56 miles (60V 25Ah LG battery). Full charge time is 6–7 hours using the included 67.2V 5A charger. Note: Range and top speed may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding style.
4. Is the bike waterproof for wet trail riding?
It has an IP54 waterproof rating, which protects against rain and trail splashes. However, high-pressure washing and deep-water submersion are strictly excluded from warranty coverage.
5. Does the bike come assembled?
The bike arrives 85% pre-assembled in a heavy-duty box. You only need to install the front wheel, handlebar, front fender, and footpegs using standard tools. An assembly video and instruction manual are provided.

Ordering, Shipping & Policy
1. Is shipping free, and how long does it take?
Yes, 100% Free Ground Shipping applies to all orders within the 48 contiguous US states (no minimum purchase). Warehouse processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–7 business days in transit via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or GOFO.
2. Will my bike arrive in one box?
Due to size and safety regulations, electric dirt bikes are often split into 2 or 3 separate parcels (e.g., frame, battery pack, assemblies). You will receive distinct tracking numbers for each package.
3. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii?
No. Due to DOT lithium-ion battery transport regulations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or addresses outside the 48 contiguous US states (excluding AK, HI, PR).
4. How can I cancel or modify an order before dispatch?
You may cancel unconditionally before physical warehouse pickup. Please email support@mudliz.com within 2 hours of checkout. Note that payment gateway processing fees (2.9%–4%) are non-refundable.
5. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Unused, unridden, and factory-sealed products can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Returns: A flat return fee ($200 for bikes, $100 for batteries, $30 for parts) is retained from your refund, and the customer covers return shipping.
Exchanges: Customer pays a flat $180 exchange shipping fee plus any item price difference.

6. What warranty is included with my purchase?
We offer tiered limited warranty coverage for original owners:
24 Months: Main frame, front fork assembly, and handlebar stems.
12 Months: Powertrain core (mid-drive motor, 60V LG battery pack, controller).
3 Months: Auxiliary electronics (dash displays, throttle sensors, chargers, lights).
30 Days: Wear-and-tear items (tires, brake pads, chains) for initial unboxing defects only.
24 Months: Main frame, front fork assembly, and handlebar stems.
12 Months: Powertrain core (mid-drive motor, 60V LG battery pack, controller).
3 Months: Auxiliary electronics (dash displays, throttle sensors, chargers, lights).
30 Days: Wear-and-tear items (tires, brake pads, chains) for initial unboxing defects only.
