Return Freight: For buyer's remorse returns or model exchanges, customers cover return shipping to our designated US facility. If an item arrives damaged or defective, MUDLIZ assumes 100% responsibility and provides prepaid return shipping or replacement parts.

RMA Required: You must email support@mudliz.com to receive a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back. Unauthorized drop-offs will be rejected.
The MUDLIZ M6000 electric dirt bike is covered by a limited warranty with different coverage periods depending on the component:
30-Day Limited Warranty — Wear & Consumable Components
Included Parts: Handlebars, grips, footpegs, chains, tires, inner tubes, and brake pads supplied with the original M6000.
Coverage: Covers verified manufacturing defects discovered within the first 30 days of normal use. Normal wear, riding-related degradation, accidental damage, misuse, and damage caused by improper installation or maintenance are excluded.
3-Month Auxiliary Electronic Systems
Included Parts: Handlebar switches, headlamps, taillights, LCD dash display, battery charger, and throttle sensors supplied with the original M6000.
Coverage: Covers verified manufacturing defects resulting in functional failure or wiring defects under normal and intended off-road use. Damage caused by liquid submersion, pressure washing, jet-washing, improper installation, or misuse is excluded.
12-Month Core Powertrain Assembly
Included Parts: Mid-drive motor, main rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack, and electronic speed controller supplied with the original M6000.
Coverage: Covers verified internal mechanical or electronic/firmware failures under normal and intended off-road use. The battery pack is also covered for premature capacity degradation exceeding 20% within the first year, meaning measurable usable capacity falls below 80% of its original rated capacity, when properly charged using a MUDLIZ-approved charger.
24-Month Structural Chassis Support
Included Parts: Main vehicle frame, front fork assembly, and handlebar stem supplied with the original M6000.
Coverage: Covers verified structural fractures, cracks, or weld separation caused by manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from crashes, impact, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper use is excluded.
Warranty Note: Warranty coverage applies to components supplied with the original M6000 electric dirt bike. Accessories and replacement parts purchased separately are covered under the MUDLIZ Accessories — 1-Year Limited Warranty, unless otherwise stated.
