We are fully committed to ensuring that your off-road and street-legal riding experience remains safe, reliable, and uninterrupted. This comprehensive warranty document outlines your protection entitlements and our service protocols.

Part 1: Fundamental Conditions & Terms

  • Agreement to Protection Terms: By completing a vehicle or accessory purchase via mudliz.com, you formally accept the diagnostic and replacement protocols outlined herein.

  • Original Ownership Guarantee: This limited warranty applies solely to genuine items distributed through our official store and remains non-transferable from the original purchaser.

  • Revision Framework: MUDLIZ reserves the right to modify these parameters. Updated terms will be conspicuously posted 7 days prior to implementation and will govern future transactions.

Part 2: Scope of Coverage

✅ Approved Products

All brand-new, authentic MUDLIZ electric dirt bikes, utility e-bikes, and official performance components purchased directly through mudliz.com.

❌ Non-Eligible Items

  • Pre-owned, secondary-market, or peer-to-peer vehicle transfers.

  • Products imported via gray-market channels outside our authorized network.

  • Vehicles that have undergone unapproved modifications, aftermarket controller tuning, or unauthorized structural welding.

Part 3: Component Warranty Tiers & Timelines

⏱️ Tier 1: 30-Day Wear & Consumable Cover

  • Included Parts: Handlebars, grips, footpegs, chains, tires, inner tubes, and brake pads.

  • Coverage Parameters: Confined strictly to verified manufacturing defects identified upon unboxing or initial deployment; normal degradation from riding stress is excluded.

⏱️ Tier 2: 3-Month Auxiliary Electronic Systems

  • Included Parts: Handlebar switches, headlamps, taillights, LCD dash displays, battery chargers, and throttle sensors.

  • Coverage Parameters: Covers complete functional collapse or wiring failures; defects originating from liquid submersion or jet-washing are explicitly excluded.

⏱️ Tier 3: 12-Month Core Powertrain Assembly

  • Included Parts: Mid-drive motors, primary lithium-ion battery packs, and electronic speed controllers.

  • Coverage Parameters: Covers internal mechanical or firmware failure under standard riding environments. The battery pack is fully covered for premature capacity degradation exceeding 20% within the first year under proper charging compliance.

⏱️ Tier 4: 24-Month Structural Chassis Support

  • Included Parts: Main vehicle frame, front fork assembly, and handlebar stems.

  • Coverage Parameters: Restricts coverage to structural fractures, cracks, or weld separation directly caused by factory production defects.

Part 4: General Policy Exclusions

This limited factory warranty does not extend to, nor assume liability for, component damage resulting from:

  1. Extreme vehicle abuse, operational overloading, deep-water submersion, or stunt flying/jumping.

  2. Diagnostic work, hardware teardowns, or component installations executed by non-authorized repair shops.

  3. Accidents, collisions, fire hazards, environmental disasters, or force majeure occurrences.

  4. Standard cosmetic wear, including paint chipping, frame scratches, or faded decals caused by trail friction.

Part 5: How to File a Warranty Request

If you experience a technical abnormality with your vehicle, please execute the following troubleshooting submission:

  1. Submit Documentation: Contact our dedicated tech support desk at hello@mudliz.com. Your submission must contain your original Order Number, the vehicle Serial Number (SN) stamped on the frame, and detailed video or photo evidence displaying the specific malfunction.

  2. Engineering Assessment: Our technical department will evaluate your submitted media files within 3 business days to diagnose the root cause.

  3. Part Dispatch: Once a manufacturing defect is verified, we will courier the necessary replacement components to your address at no cost. MUDLIZ covers the total cost of the replacement parts and standard domestic freight during the valid warranty period.

  4. Labor Disclaimer: Our protection plan covers hardware components only. MUDLIZ does not subsidize, reimburse, or assume liability for local motorcycle shop labor rates, diagnostic fees, or installation costs incurred by the owner.

Part 6: Supplemental Safeguards & Price Matching

  • Extended Accident Protection: During checkout, we provide optional extended coverage plans via specialized third-party underwriters (such as AIG). This covers accidental damage, crashes, and comprehensive trail mishaps beyond our standard warranty.

  • 30-Day Price Protection: If the exact vehicle model you purchased drops in retail price on mudliz.com within 30 days of your order date, contact our help desk for a direct store credit or refund of the value difference. Please note: This protection policy explicitly excludes time-sensitive holiday flash sales, clearance events, or promotional coupon campaigns.
