Thank you for choosing MUDLIZ. We are fully committed to delivering your electric vehicles and gear safely and promptly. All domestic orders are dispatched directly from our dedicated logistics center in California to guarantee efficient shipping times across the nation.

Detailed Shipping Guidelines
I. Delivery Zones & Freight Rates

The 48 Contiguous States: We gladly provide Complimentary Ground Shipping (Free Standard Delivery) for all addresses within the Continental United States, including Washington D.C.

Excluded Locations: Due to stringent DOT regulations regarding the transport of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we are unable to accept orders or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other outlying US territories.

Unsupported Address Types: To secure safe arrival and require signature confirmation where necessary, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO/DPO), or secure bases. A valid physical street address (residential or commercial) must be provided.
II. Consignment Tracking
The moment your package is registered with our carrier, a automated tracking notification will be dispatched to your inbox.

Please note: It may take up to 24–48 hours for the freight network to scan the package and populate the initial tracking status.

You can monitor your delivery directly on our integrated portal or by pasting your consignment number on the carrier’s official web page.
III. Modifications, Cancellations & Returns in Transit
Because we aim to route orders to our California hub immediately upon receipt, the window for changes is highly restricted.

Prior to Dispatch: To update your shipping address or void an order, please submit an urgent request to hello@mudliz.com within 2 hours of checkout. While we waive administrative cancellation fees, please be aware that the original credit card processing gateway fees (ranging between 2.9% and 4%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your payout.

Once Dispatched: If the vehicle has already left our dock, the order cannot be recalled or stopped. Any refusal of delivery or change of mind after dispatch will be handled under our Standard Return Policy:

Electric Vehicles (Complete Units): A flat-rate fee of $400 per unit will be retained from your refund to offset the significant costs of outbound heavy-freight shipping and preparation.

Parts & Gear: The buyer will be charged the exact original shipping expenses incurred by MUDLIZ.

Return Logistics: For all buyer’s remorse returns, the customer must arrange and pay for freight back to our US fulfillment facility in California.

IV. Handling Shipping Discrepancies & Damage

Unreceived Shipments: If your tracking history marks your package as "Delivered" but it is nowhere to be found, you must notify our help desk within 3 business days so we can initiate a formal trace with the carrier.

Arrival Damage: We urge you to inspect your electric vehicle immediately upon delivery. If you notice physical damage caused during transit, please photograph the box and the unit thoroughly, and email us at hello@mudliz.com right away so we can process an insurance claim and secure a replacement.
V. Ancillary Details

State Taxes: Appropriate sales taxes are calculated at checkout, aligning with the tax guidelines of your delivery state.

Holiday Lead Times: During high-traffic retail seasons (such as November–December), local carrier depots may experience minor gridlocks. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
