Thank you for choosing MUDLIZ. We are fully committed to delivering your electric vehicles, high-performance battery packs, and riding gear safely and promptly. All eligible domestic U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous United States are dispatched from our dedicated fulfillment center in Oregon.

Detailed Shipping Guidelines

I. Delivery Zones & Freight Rates

100% Free Standard Shipping: MUDLIZ provides free standard ground shipping on eligible orders delivered to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Non-Delivery & Excluded Locations: Due to stringent Department of Transportation (DOT) and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) regulations regarding high-capacity lithium-ion battery transport, we do not ship to and cannot accept orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any outlying US territories and island possessions. If an order is placed with a shipping address in these regions, it will be automatically canceled and 100% refunded.
Unsupported Address Types: To guarantee safe physical arrival and require mandatory signature confirmation upon delivery, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO/DPO), or secure military bases. A valid physical residential or commercial street address is required at checkout.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping destination. We never charge any hidden handling or administrative fees.

II. Shipments, Multi-Box Delivery & Carriers

Depending on the product categories included in your order, packaging and shipping methods may vary:

Electric Dirt Bikes: Due to weight, dimensions, and lithium battery transport compliance, electric Dirt Bikes may be shipped in two (2) or three (3) separate parcels (e.g., main frame assembly, main battery pack, and specialized components). Package dispatch and carrier assignment may occur on slightly staggered schedules, but all parcels are dispatched within our standard 1 to 2 business day handling window.
Parts & Riding Gear: Standalone spare batteries, gear (helmets, gloves, goggles), and replacement parts share the exact same processing time (1–2 business days) and transit time (3–7 business days) as our complete vehicles.
Carriers Used: Most shipments are handled via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. For shipments heading to remote or rural regions, we may utilize specialized carriers such as GOFO to ensure successful final-mile freight delivery.

III. Consignment Tracking

Once a package is scanned into the carrier's network, an automated dispatch notification containing tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Multi-Box Orders: If your electric bike order is split into multiple packages, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each individual box.
Tracking Activation: Initial carrier scans may take 24 to 48 hours to update and display progress in the courier's tracking portal.

IV. Order Modifications, Cancellations & Transit Returns

Because orders are transmitted to our fulfillment system immediately for rapid packing, the window for modifications is strict:

Prior to Dispatch: As long as your order has not physically left our loading dock, address updates or order cancellations can be submitted directly through your MUDLIZ Account Dashboard or by emailing support@mudliz.com. MUDLIZ waives all payment processing fees ($0 fee deducted), and 100% of your order total will be fully refunded.
Once Dispatched: If your order has physically departed our dock, the shipment cannot be recalled or intercepted in transit.
Post-Dispatch Returns: For customer-initiated returns or refused deliveries once in transit, no outbound shipping fee will be charged or deducted ($0 deduction). The purchase amount will be refunded in full following return warehouse inspection, subject to the customer covering return transport back to our designated US facility as outlined in our Return Policy.

V. Shipping Discrepancies & Damage Claims

Unreceived Shipments: If your tracking status displays "Delivered" but you have not physically received your package, please check around your delivery location and notify support@mudliz.com within 3 business days so our team can open an official carrier trace and claim investigation.
Arrival Damage: Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If physical transit damage occurs to your vehicle, battery, or parts, please take clear photos and videos of the damage and shipping packaging, and email support@mudliz.com within 3 business days. Our team will initiate a carrier damage claim and work with you promptly to arrange replacement parts, repairs, or a vehicle replacement.

VI. Ancillary Details

Holiday Lead Times: Expect potential minor courier delays during peak high-volume retail seasons (November through December).
