At MUDLIZ, we strive to deliver high-performance electric vehicles that exceed your expectations. We understand, however, that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit. As an authorized seller, we are dedicated to resolving any concerns you may have through a transparent and seamless return process.

Section 1: 14-Day Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, returned merchandise must satisfy the following strict requirements:

  • Pristine Condition: The electric vehicle or accessory must be completely unused, unridden, never assembled, and kept in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Full Completeness: All hardware, chargers, keys, instruction manuals, promotional items, and original protective foam must be returned inside the box.

  • Proof of Transaction: A valid order number or digital sales receipt generated directly from mudliz.com must accompany your return request.

Section 2: Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  1. Request an RMA: To start your return process, reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@mudliz.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with specific warehouse routing labels.

  2. Avoid Unapproved Shipping: Please do not send your vehicle back to our fulfillment center or the manufacturing facility without prior written approval. Unannounced shipments will be rejected at our loading dock.

  3. Arrival and Evaluation: Upon receipt at our California dock, our technical inspection team will evaluate the product's condition. We will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund based on this physical inspection.

Section 3: Shipping Costs and Deduction Schedule

  • Buyer's Remorse Returns: If you choose to return an item simply due to a change of heart, mistaken purchase, or personal preference, you will be responsible for both the outward and return freight costs.

  • Complete Electric Vehicles: To offset outbound heavy-freight shipping, warehouse preparation, and logistics administration, a flat deduction of $400 per vehicle will be subtracted from your final refund.

  • Parts & Accessories: For smaller components, the exact outbound delivery charges incurred by our store will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Assessed Damage: If our warehouse inspection reveals scratches, tire wear, assembly marks, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct additional fees to cover cosmetic repairs or replacement parts.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is the result of a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error (such as receiving the wrong model), MUDLIZ will assume 100% of the shipping and replacement costs.

Section 4: Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

  • Before Warehouse Processing: You may request to cancel your order prior to dispatch by emailing hello@mudliz.com. Refunds will be processed immediately, minus non-refundable bank and payment processor gateway fees (typically 2.9% - 4% depending on your payment method).

  • After Warehouse Dispatch: Once your vehicle has been picked up by the carrier, the order cannot be canceled. If you decide you no longer want the product while it is in transit, it will be categorized as a "Buyer's Remorse Return," subject to return shipping costs and the standard $400 freight deduction for bikes.

Section 5: Exclusion List (Non-Returnable Items)

The following products are strictly non-returnable due to safety regulations and retail compliance:

  • Clearance inventory, seasonal sales, or items clearly marked as "Final Sale."

  • Customized vehicle configurations or tailored promotional bundles.

  • Lithium-Ion Batteries that have already been charged, mounted, or connected to a vehicle, due to international hazardous material transport regulations.

Section 6: How Refunds are Handled

  • Approval & Issuance: Once your return passes inspection, the net refund amount will be credited back to the original credit card or payment gateway used during checkout.

  • Processing Timeframe: Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement or digital wallet, depending on your banking institution's processing times.
